Our family has been using a site to stay in touch with one another and has allowed us to stay close.  There are 8 kids in our family, and we spread out around the western United States.  The site is called Spokt and it’s address is www.spokt.com

It is a free site with optional paid services for additional space.  What is cool about it is that you can share photos, videos, polls, news, and you can have more than one HUB.  A HUB is a like a group site.  For example, we have a HUB for my family, one for Shannon’s family, and I created one for old friends.  Check it out, and start creating HUB’s, it really is easy.  It is a pleasant alternative to the debacle that is FaceBook and MySpace, and is easy enough for anyone to use.
